'Team Tuna' is of a team of 6 friends from Lochwinnoch: Jack Carter; Roger Carter; John Delaney; David and Danny McCusker and Ian Thomson, celebrating David McCusker's 50th birthday by cycling a 1000 mile route from Lands End to John O'Groats!
We are taking the opportunity to raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust in Scotland.

UPDATE: 4 SEPTEMBER. JOHN O'GROATS!!!
All 6 of the team (Danny joined us at Carlisle) finished in grand style on a glorious sunny Sunday afternoon. Full details are shown in the Blog section below.
UPDATE: 30 AUGUST.Back in Bonnie Scotland! Overnight stop at home before setting off for 7am ferry to Arran tomorrow, and then heading up west coast en route to JOG.
Huge thanks to everyone who has helped us along the way by their kindness and donations. We will take time to thank you all when we are finished. Meantime, you know who you are.
Onwards and upwards!
19 AUGUST 2011.We set off from Lands End on Sunday 21 August, and should get to John O'Groats on Sunday 4 September, with David's son Danny due to join us at Carlisle.
We need your help to help teenage cancer patients throughout Scotland, by individual sponsorship and donations.By making your donation through their own site, Teenage Cancer Trust will receive ALL of your money and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 25% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Thank You!
Big thanks to Graeme Skelton who drove a mini bus from Lochwinnoch up to John O'Groats and brought the boys and bikes safely home.
All the team wish to thank the Lochwinnoch community, and our friends and supporters from further afield, for the continuing generosity and support.
A great thanks also to those who stopped to help us on our cycle. We remember you all and all your donations and good wishes were so much appreciated.
