I am going to be running the Great North Run on the 19th September 2010 for Teenage Cancer Trust with my friend Jordan. I have decided to set myself this challenge because last year my brother, Oli, was diagnosed with Lung Cancer at the age of 18. The help of everyone at TCT has helped Oli and my family enormously during the past year. I aim to raise £600 and hopefully with your support I will be able to exceed this and make lots of money for this fantastic organisation.
Description
As well as training for the Great North Run, I also intend to encourage my friends, family and the local community to get behind me in order to raise money. Any donations which you might have, however small will be warmly accepted. Thank you for all your support and I hope to achieve my target of £600 to make a difference to all other young people like Oli who have cancer.
