VT to host exclusive event for Teenage Cancer Trust patients
LA four-piece return to the UK this summer to support The Who and The Rolling Stones during their huge UK tours...
The band have been supporting Teenage Cancer Trust over the last 18 months – visiting one of the charity’s specialist units in Newcastle and raising money via guest list donations – and have kindly extended the invite for this one-off performance to patients the charity has supported, as well as their friends and families. Drummer Richard Danielson said of the initiative: "Our involvement with Teenage Cancer Trust is something that is very close to our hearts after we were given the opportunity to personally visit some of the young people. It left a deep and indelible impression on us and we are sincerely thrilled to be able to continue supporting this great cause."
Also, on 17 June the band will be headlining their own show at the Electric in Brixton, raising money for the charity by asking those on the guest list for a donation of £5. For tickets, head over to seetickets.com.
Vintage Trouble tour to support Teenage Cancer Trust
After collecting guest list donations for Teenage Cancer Trust and visiting our unit at Newcastle’s Freeman Hospital during their UK tour at the end of 2011, we’re very pleased to announce that Los Angeles four-piece Vintage Trouble will be supporting Teenage Cancer Trust again this summer.
Not only will the band be collecting guest list donations on their forthcoming UK headlining shows, but they''ll be offering a very special and extremely limited sound check package to six lucky fans at their London show at Bush Hall on 1 June. In return for a £10 donation to Teenage Cancer Trust, fans will be able to watch the band sound check and meet them before doors open.
To avoid disappointment, email firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘VINTAGE TROUBLE, LONDON’ as the subject title. This is a first come first served opportunity and donations will be taken in advance. Times are to be confirmed.
