Top Time for T fundraising ideas

Dress to a T

Raid your wardrobe for Ties, Tiaras, T shirts, Tank Top, Trackie bottoms, Tops hats and Tea dresses.

You could keep it simple and wear tan, turquoise and tangerine colours for the day.

Or go the whole hog and dress as your favourite T themed character. Our favourite choices are Mr. T, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Tinker bell, Tigger, Tight Fit, Tortoise, Tina Turner and Top gun.

Try Shaun Rankin’s Treacle Tart Recipe

Shaun Rankin’s Treacle Tart gained international acclaim when it became the winning dessert on the BBC Two programme ‘Great British Menu’. Shaun has kindly provided a recipe card for the fundraising pack so that you can make this treacle Tart yourself. Serve it to your friends, family and colleagues and ask them to donate in return for the tasty privilege!

Host a Time for T party

The Time for T bake off! Get everyone baking their favourite cake and serve with Tea. Ask everyone to donate money to try each other’s treats.

Shake up some T themed cocktails and host a Time for T Cocktail party. Try your hand at Thea Martini, Tom Collins, Tekiwi, Tequila Sunrise, Tuscan sky and of course a Long island iced Tea! Remember you must be at least 18 years to drink alcohol!

Hold a taste test, judge your friends and family’s baking or match the baker to the treat.

Take on a physical test

Burn some calories, improve your fitness and raise funds for young people with cancer.

Tee off on the golf course and hold a charity day.

Have a tug of war challenge, losers and spectators to give donations!
