Sam Smith
Nurse Consultant
Sam is based at The Christie Hospital in Manchester. Sam has worked in teenage and young adult cancer for over ten years; developing services at The Christie and has a keen interest in the unique needs of this client group. Sam is an active member of the Teenage Cancer Trust Multidisciplinary Forum. She is a board member of TYAC (Teenagers and Young Adults with Cancer) and is also a member of the Department of Health Advisory Group on implementation of Improving Outcomes Guidance for Children and Young People with Cancer.
Lorraine Case
Youth Support Co-ordinator
Lorraine has developed and implemented a comprehensive support programme and services for young people on The Christie’s 16-24 year old young person’s unit.
