Bid for your chance to meet The Who backstage at the Royal Albert Hall
04/03/10
One of the world’s most explosive and innovative rock and roll bands, The Who, is offering fans a once in a life-time opportunity to meet them backstage at Teenage Cancer Trust’s 10th anniversary concerts at the Royal Albert Hall, in association with Nomura.
As Teenage Cancer Trust’s most ardent and influential rock patron, Roger Daltrey has been the driving force behind the charity’s Royal Albert Hall gigs for the last decade. This year The Who fans can battle it out in an online auction for the opportunity to meet the band backstage at their concert on Tuesday 30 March. The auction prize includes tickets to the gig which will see the band give a thunderous performance of their rock opera, Quadrophenia.
Eight pairs of tickets will be available through the online auction at www.ticketmaster.co.uk/tctauction which will run from 10am on Friday 5 March until 5pm on Wednesday 17 March. All proceeds from the auction will go to Teenage Cancer Trust.
