Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers in girls and women aged 13-24 and is caused by specific strains of HPV in more than 99% of cases. This year, Teenage Cancer Trust are supporting Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust’s #smearforsmear campaign, that aims to tackle misconceptions surrounding HPV and educate women on the importance of cervical screening.
