Our pilot project, run in Greater Manchester to define our new Nursing & Support Service, won the HRH the Prince of Wales Award for Integrated Approaches to Care at last week's 2015 Nursing Times Awards. This is the first year this award has been given. HRH the Prince of Wales asked to create this this special award to acknowledge the huge contribution that nurses make.
