The Royal Albert Hall holds a special place in the heart of Teenage Cancer Trust as the home of our iconic concert series.

Now, as the Hall prepares to celebrate its 150th anniversary in 2021, Dr Adrian Whiteson and Myrna Whiteson have been named 150th Anniversary Ambassadors.

Adrian and Myrna, along with the other Anniversary Ambassadors, will lead in the creation of a special programme of events to mark this incredible occasion and commemorate the Hall's magnificent history.

Neil Warnock, Chairman of the Royal Albert Hall's 150th Anniversary Committee, said:

The Ambassadors are the perfect team to support the Hall in bringing to life a programme that will go down in history.

Lucy Noble, Artistic Director at the Royal Albert Hall, said:

We are very proud to announce such a stellar roster of Ambassadors and cannot wait to share details of the special anniversary programme of events.

In September 2018, honorary Teenage Cancer Trust patron Roger Daltrey was presented with one of the inaugural 11 Royal Albert Hall Stars.

Created to celebrate some of the most important groups and individuals from Hall's 150 year history, Roger's star commemorated his work as the driving force behind the Teenage Cancer Trust at the Royal Albert Hall shows.
