Some of our supporters have been in touch to let us know they have had a few problems relating to Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park charity ticket initiative. This initiative is being organised by AEG Live – the event promoters – who are managing the activity in aid of chosen causes. We are so pleased to have been chosen as one of 5 cancer charities to benefit from this initiative, but we are unable to assist directly with ticket-related queries.

If you have faced problems completing your transaction, please contact the BST customer service team. Please send your donation reference number and confirmation email. All enquiries are being dealt with as quickly as possible and all confirmed and compliant donations will be honoured. BST aim to respond to all enquires within 24 hours.

Thank you for supporting Teenage Cancer Trust.

Between 18-28 June Hyde Park will see headline performances from The Strokes, Blur, Kyle Mingoue, The Who, Taylor Swift and the UK's Biggest Family Event and through a partnership with JustGiving fans can get tickets while raising money for great causes. It's a great chance to catch Teenage Cancer Trust patron Roger Daltrey in action supported by our ambassador Paul Weller, not to mention other artists like Blur, Future Islands, Kaiser Chiefs, Johnny Marr, Gaz Coombes who've supported us at our Royal Albert Hall shows before.

We felt it appropriate that for 2015 that we support the work that these cancer charities continue to do to beat a disease that affects many close to us. It is also particularly rewarding for us to be able to do this whilst celebrating Sunday June 21st' headliner Kylie – who celebrates another year cancer free, having been diagnosed 10 years ago. We are also celebrating our good friend Nile Rodgers being cancer free after his recent battle with prostate cancer, which we are overjoyed to say he won. We are able to highlight a great cause driven by The Who’s Roger Daltrey supported by band mate Pete Townshend. Teenage Cancer Trust has targeted a sometimes forgotten age group and the work that Roger and the team at Teenage Cancer Trust have spearheaded has made an incredible difference to the lives of young people fighting cancer. As a company we’re also proud to support The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity which funds pioneering developments in cancer research, diagnosis, treatment and care at The Royal Marsden
