The pair behind dance floor anthems 'I See You Baby' and 'Superstylin' will play records old and new, inspired by live projections from artist Gavin Mitchell's vintage Kodachrome Americana collages.
Gavin has very kindly donated two exclusive prints with 100% of the sale price coming directly to us.
The artist proofs are giclée prints (16in x 1in) is on hahnemuehle German etching paper, mounted with dark wood frame (16in x 2in). The prints will come with a certificate card signed by Gavin and Groove Armada and are part of a 25 piece collection.
Gavin is a London-based mixed media artist and photographer known for his use of found material and cultural collision collage. Gavin was commissioned to produce 40+ original artworks for South Place Hotel when it opened 3 years ago; a collaborative relationship that continues to this day. This one-off event with Groove Armada is part of his desire to add new sensory layers to his imagery. He is represented by the Northcote Gallery in London and The Cat Street Gallery in Hong Kong.
