Garden Fundraising ideas

We can send you branded resources to bring your garden to life including bunting and banners accessible after sign up.

You may be already bursting with ideas for your outdoor get-together but if not here are some ideas: 

Sports Day 

Pick teams and get set for a bit of physical activity – a tug o’ war, a sack race or maybe just a game of cricket 

Slip ‘n’ slide 

Plastic sheeting + hose + washing up liquid = the ultimate garden water challenge. Ask for a donation for each go! 

Garden Party 

Get baking and prepare the cucumber sandwiches for a classic British tea party in your back garden 

Dinner Al Fresco  

Nothing beats eating in the open air. If you don’t fancy all that cooking yourself, why not ask everyone to bring a dish? 

Treasure Hunt 

One for the puzzle-lovers: set a trail of clues to follow to find the hidden treasure. Make it collaborative or competitive – it’s up to you! 

Water Fight 

Lots of kids on the guest list? Or just big kids? Host the greatest garden water fight you’ve ever seen. Teams and rules or all-out chaos – it’s your choice.

Screen on the green 

Hook up a projector and screen your favourite live music act to give your garden that festival feel.
