Take a look at our frequently asked questions.

How you can help young people

  • £8.50 could cover the cost of printing our book Honest Answers, Sound Advice: A Young Person’s Guide to Cancer, so one more young person can read what others told us they wish they’d known.
  • £30 could provide an hour of vital nursing care by a Teenage Cancer Trust Clinical Nurse Specialist who understands what it's like for a young person fighting cancer, to help them feel less frightened about what’s ahead.
  • £50 could buy a round of pizzas for a young person and their friends, which might just be the first thing that tempts a young person out of bed after a gruelling round of chemo.
  • £420 could pay for a school session so young people and their families know the signs of cancer and feel confident to seek help if they need it.
  • £950 could pay for a young person to attend our annual Find your Sense of Tumour,  so they can relax, share advice and hang out with other young people who know just what they’re going through.
