Challenging

The Royal Parks Half Marathon is the perfect choice for autumn runners, with a route that sweeps through four Royal Parks. By joining #TeamLegend, you'll have an army of amazing volunteers cheering you along the route to keep those legs moving and tonnes of fundraising and training support in the lead up to the event.

As well as providing an amazing race route, the Royal Parks Half offers a fantastic food and music festival which spectators can also enjoy.

How you can help young people

  • £8.50 could cover the cost of printing our book Honest Answers, Sound Advice: A Young Person’s Guide to Cancer, so one more young person can read what others told us they wish they’d known.
  • £30 could provide an hour of vital nursing care by a Teenage Cancer Trust Clinical Nurse Specialist who understands what it's like for a young person fighting cancer, to help them feel less frightened about what’s ahead.
  • £50 could buy a round of pizzas for a young person and their friends, which might just be the first thing that tempts a young person out of bed after a gruelling round of chemo.
  • £420 could pay for a school session so young people and their families know the signs of cancer and feel confident to seek help if they need it.
  • £950 could pay for a young person to attend our annual Find your Sense of Tumour,  so they can relax, share advice and hang out with other young people who know just what they’re going through.
