We’re also building a range of top-notch learning programmes in leadership and management because we know great teams needs inspiring and motivational leadership and we want to grow our leaders of tomorrow. We’re so committed to achieving this we’ve become an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) recognised partner.
In addition we want to support everyone to learn and develop no matter what their role. We do this through our 70, 20, 10 learning model, buy or borrow a professional development book for free scheme, access to job-specific workshops, seminars or conferences to keep on top of current trends and the ability to apply to study a relevant work based qualification.
