Life at Teenage Cancer Trust is about becoming the best you can be, so we give everyone time to plan their growth with their line manager with regular 1:1 development support, the opportunity to stretch their skills through an open learning calendar with courses from networking to presentation skills and all new employees get instant access to online e-learning to become an expert in Microsoft Office.

We’re also building a range of top-notch learning programmes in leadership and management because we know great teams needs inspiring and motivational leadership and we want to grow our leaders of tomorrow. We’re so committed to achieving this we’ve become an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) recognised partner.

In addition we want to support everyone to learn and develop no matter what their role. We do this through our 70, 20, 10 learning model, buy or borrow a professional development book for free scheme, access to job-specific workshops, seminars or conferences to keep on top of current trends and the ability to apply to study a relevant work based qualification.
