Annual Report 2025

Our Annual Report and Accounts for 2025 set out what we’ve delivered together for young people with cancer during a year in which we proudly marked the 35th anniversary of our first hospital unit opening.
Since our foundation in 1990 we’ve transformed how teenage and adult cancer care is understood and delivered. Along with continuing to fund units, nurses and youth workers, through decades of specialist support we’ve built evidence for healthcare designed around the unique needs of young people.
However, despite progress on a national policy framework, too many still face barriers to the best possible treatment. This has a tragic impact for young people and those who love them which we are unwilling to accept. This is what has driven much of our activity in 2025 as we’ve worked to build a deeper understanding of what young people need from us in the future.
Thanks to the incredible generosity and enthusiasm of our supporters, along with the critical year-round work of the nurses and youth workers we fund, we are carrying on work to make ambitious changes to a system that is still failing young people.
