Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham

The E39 Teenage Cancer Trust Unit at Nottingham Children’s Hospital, Queen’s Medical Centre is designed for 13-18 year olds and has five in-patient beds. All bedrooms are equipped with comfy and cosy soft furnishings, bespoke furniture, TV, DVD and gaming facilities. We also provide free Teenage Cancer Trust Wifi and laptops.

Teenage Cancer Trust funds two expert staff at the unit to work alongside NHS funded colleagues:

They make sure each person having treatment on our ward gets the best possible quality care and is treated as a young person first, cancer patient second.

Our Teenage Cancer Trust unit at the Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham opened in February 2015.
