About the Battle Cancer challenges
Register for your chosen battle: The Battle Cancer Challenge, Battle Run or Battle Lift.
The Battle Run Challenge
In teams of four, you’ll progress through high-energy stations - bike, row, ski and lift - pushing for maximum reps in five minute bursts with four minutes to recover before hitting the next station.
Battle Run
Running Challenge - race a solo 5k to test your individual speed and endurance, or join forces in a team to relay longer distances.
Battle Lift
Deadlift Challenge - lift as much weight as possible in a team using one barbell and a set of plates, with the freedom to adjust the weight and rotate teammates as you like.
