The Paris Marathon is now one of the largest marathons in the world. Starting at the Champs-Élysées, the route takes you past the most iconic Paris landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame.

Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words “you have cancer”. They will each need specialised nursing care and support to get them through the toughest times they may have faced.
