Cross the Capital – Walk for Young People Facing Cancer
Join 2,500 walkers on an unforgettable journey through the heart of London – and help support young people with cancer every step of the way.
Starting at Putney Bridge, this 25km Thames Bridges Trek takes you east towards the City, zigzagging across 16 of London’s historic bridges – each with its own fascinating story and view. You’ll pass iconic sights, enjoy incredible skyline views, and stop halfway at The Oval Cricket Ground for snacks, drinks, and a well-earned break.
After crossing the legendary Tower Bridge, you’ll finish in Southwark Park, where a celebration and picnic party awaits – the perfect way to end your challenge.
Choose from the full 25km or a shorter 10km option – go solo or rally your friends. However you take it on, you’ll be making a real difference for young people when cancer changes everything.
