Walk London by Moonlight – And Help Young People Face Cancer

See the Capital like never before on this Friday night adventure through the heart of London – and raise life-changing funds for Teenage Cancer Trust.

Big Ben by night - a view participants can expect to see

Choose from a spirited 10km or a more energetic 10-mile looped route – both setting off as darkness falls and the Moon rises. Starting and finishing at the iconic Oval Cricket Ground, you’ll explore a glowing cityscape with a night-time walk past St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and more.

Whether you’re walking solo or with a team, this is your chance to take on a unique challenge, experience London in a whole new light – and support young people when cancer turns their world upside down.

You’ll get full support, a special Moon medal, event T-shirt, and a hot meal and drink waiting at the finish to warm you up and celebrate your achievement.

Step out in 2026 – sign up for the London Moonlight 10 and light up the night for Teenage Cancer Trust.

Why support Teenage Cancer Trust

Young person on hospital bed talking with Teenage Cancer Trust nurse

We create world class cancer services for young people in the UK, providing life-changing care and support so young people don’t have to face cancer alone.

Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words “you have cancer”. They will each need specialised nursing care and support to get them through the toughest times they may have faced.

We’re the only UK charity dedicated to meeting this vital need. By choosing to run for Teenage Cancer Trust, you can help us to reach every young person facing cancer and make a huge difference.

So you know we’re the real deal, these are our registered charity details: 1062559 (England & Wales), SC039757 (Scotland).
