Follow the Thames – Take Big Steps for Young People with Cancer
Join over 3,000 adventurers and take on one of the UK’s most iconic river routes – all while raising vital funds for Teenage Cancer Trust.
The Thames Path Ultra Challenge starts at Putney Bridge in London and winds its way upstream along the historic Thames Towpath to a riverside finish in Henley. Along the way, you’ll pass through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor, soaking up stunning scenery and riverside landmarks.
Whether you walk, jog, or run, you’ll set your pace and your distance – from the full 100km, to a 50km, 25km, or the Henley 10km challenge. Go it solo or with friends – and every step you take will help support young people facing cancer.
You’ll be fully supported with regular rest stops, food & drink, medical and welfare teams, optional camping & transfers, and a finisher’s medal, T-shirt, and a celebratory atmosphere at the end.
