Three Peaks Challenge 2022

Take on the iconic Three Peaks Challenge and tackle the three highest mountains in the UK.

Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon
Event type:
Endurance, Extreme, Treks,

Brace yourself for a fast-paced and physically challenging adventure as you take on the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales. Considered one of Britain’s toughest outdoor challenges, the National 3 Peaks Challenge takes in the dizzying heights of Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m).

Over the course of two days you will trek around 26 miles and ascend to a total height of almost 3,000m. This is a serious and tough challenge which requires a good level of fitness, as well as plenty of grit and determination. Ultimately, however, your hard work will be rewarded with spectacular views and a huge sense of achievement knowing you’ve done something amazing to support young people with cancer.

There are 2 different payment options available:

  • Minimum sponsorship: You pay a £85 registration fee and then raise a minimum of £825 in sponsorship. Teenage Cancer Trust will then cover the cost of your challenge.
  • Self funder: You pay a £85 registration fee on booking, and then £400 five weeks before your challenge to cover the cost. You then raise what you can for Teenage Cancer Trust.

We don’t have charity places in this event, but you can still take part and help young people with cancer.

Why support Teenage Cancer Trust

A young person talking with a Teenage Cancer Trust nurse

We create world class cancer services for young people in the UK, providing life-changing care and support so young people don’t have to face cancer alone.

Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words “you have cancer”. They will each need specialised nursing care and support to get them through the toughest times they may have faced.

We’re the only UK charity dedicated to meeting this vital need. By choosing to run for Teenage Cancer Trust, you can help us to reach every young person facing cancer and make a huge difference.

So you know we’re the real deal, these are our registered charity details: 1062559 (England & Wales), SC039757 (Scotland).
