Find Your Sense of Tumour Under 18’s: important update
We’re sorry to announce that we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel our current delivery plans for the virtual Find Your Sense of Tumour (FYSOT) event for young people aged 13-17, which was due to take place on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 October.

Why have we made this decision?
Registrations have been extremely low, and as a result we don’t feel it’s possible to run the event, which aims to bring lots of young people across the UK together, in a beneficial way.
We’ve also had feedback from young people that, after many months of online activity, a certain amount of digital fatigue has set in.
What’s next?
We know that the young people who were due to attend will be disappointed by the cancellation. But because lots of the content for the event has been pre-recorded, we have this to share and will be working closely with our Nurses and Youth Support Coordinators to explore ways that young people can access this in the near future. We also hope to offer more opportunities for them to be involved in soon.
We are continuing to progress our plans for the Over 18’s FYSOT event later in the year.
