Having only played The O2 days before as part of their 50th anniversary tour, it was quite the change of scenery to see the legendary band in such an intimate venue. It didn’t stop their die hard fans following them across London though.

First up though it was a welcome return for the incredible Wilko Johnson, after many thinking his set with Roger Daltrey at last year’s shows was going to be one of his last. Instead he was back with a vengeance, bringing more energy than ever from him and the band, getting us all going for the main event.

Before coming out with the rest of The Who, Roger Daltrey wanted to introduce the audience to the incredible young people with cancer they’re supporting by being there. Nothing like a quick on-stage selfie in front of thousands of people too!

Opening with ‘I Can’t Explain’ The Who rocked through an amazing set packed full of their incredible catalogue of hits. The perfect way to mark the 15th year of these shows!

Tonight it's Paul Weller and Johnny Marr's turn to rock the #teenagecancergigs stage!

What a night! Did #TheWho or #WilkoJohnson play any of your favourite tracks last night? #teenagecancergigs #music #setlist
