Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions are the competition rules (the “Rules”) and apply to the prize draw competition as advertised by Teenage Cancer Trust. By entering the prize draw entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
- Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and older.
- Employees of Teenage Cancer Trust and members of their immediate families or households are not are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
- Entry into the prize draw starts from Tuesday 31st January 2023 and closes at 15:00pm sharp on Thursday 2nd February 2023.
- Entries made after 15:00pm on Thursday 2nd February 2023 will not be included in the draw.
- A maximum of one (1) entry per individual is permitted.
- This prize draw is free to enter – no purchase is necessary.
- A total of four (4) winners will be chosen at random by Teenage Cancer Trust.
- The prize per winner consists of two (2) Circle tickets to one of the Teenage Cancer Trust shows taking place each night at the Royal Albert Hall between 20, 22, 24 or 25 March 2023.
- To enter the prize draw entrants must complete and submit the entry form. Entrants are required to submit their personal details which include: name, date of birth, house number, postcode, telephone number, e-mail address and the preferred show date they’d like to attend.
- Following submission, entrants will be directed to a thank you page and will receive an email confirming their entry.
- The winners will be drawn at random by Teenage Cancer Trust on 17:00pm on Thursday 2nd February 2023.
- Winners will be notified by email or telephone within 24 hours of the draw being made.
- Teenage Cancer Trust will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using the contact details supplied at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of the first notification, Teenage Cancer Trust reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to a reserve winner drawn at the same time.
- Teenage Cancer Trust shall not be responsible if the drawn winner provides incorrect contact details at the time of entry.
- There are no cash alternatives to the prize and the prize cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred or bartered.
- The prize will be available for collection by the winners at the Royal Albert Hall box office on the winners’ chosen show night. Winners must show valid ID to collect their prize each night.
- Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received where those details are reasonably necessary for the administration of the prize draw. Any personal data of entrants will be processed in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent. - This prize draw may be cancelled or amended at any time by Teenage Cancer Trust without prior notice.
- The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute.
