Loose change really does change lives. We just need someone like you to collect it. Thank you!

What will I need to do?

  • Sign up below and select the store and shift date and time you can commit to
  • We'll post a red volunteering t-shirt out to you and email you a full briefing before the event
  • Turn up on the day and the Aldi store manager will give you a Teenage Cancer Trust bucket
  • Collect at the store for three hours, then hand the bucket full of change back to the store manager
  • You can keep the t-shirt!

What's collecting like?

It's a quick, easy way to show your support for young people with cancer.

Remember: each hour you give equals more time our specialist nurses can spend caring for young people with cancer.

If you are planning to drive and park at your Aldi store during your volunteer shift, please share your registration plate number below so it will be registered with the store on the day to avoid parking fines

If you are volunteering with anyone and want to be allocated the same shift times, please let us know their names here.

Filming and photography

There may be photographers and/or film makers at the event, collecting content for Teenage Cancer Trust to use to promote similar opportunities and generate interest in our volunteering programme across various marketing platforms, such as printed materials, website and our social media channels.

Occasionally, we’re asked for photographs and film by some of our fundraising partners, to promote similar Teenage Cancer Trust opportunities through their communication channels – where possible we will try to inform you prior to any content being shared, but we will not share any of your personal data with third parties without gaining additional consent. If you are not happy for us to use your photograph either online or in print, please let us know in advance of the event.

If you're interested in joining us for our Aldi Bucket Boss Collection Weekend, just fill in the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

If unsure, please select 'No'.
And finally

Thank you for providing your contact details in applying for the Aldi Volunteering Weekend and for sharing updates about our volunteering programme.  Teenage Cancer Trust would also like to keep you informed about our work and other ways you can support young people with cancer. We will only communicate with you if you tell us you are happy to hear from us.

If you ever want to change the way we keep in touch, just let us know by emailing hello@teenagecancertrust.org or calling our Supporter Care team on 0207 612 0370.

We know that your personal information needs to be kept safe, and we never give or sell any personal data to other charities or organisations. For more information on how we use your data, see our Privacy Policy.
