Tom spent a morning on the Teenage Cancer Trust & Royal Marsden unit in the Oak Centre for Children and Young People and joined the young people for mid-morning snacks.
Tom spoke about his amazing career so far, how he got into cooking, and how he got a Michelin at the age of just 26. Two dietitians from the hospital joined the group for snacks and spoke about the challenges the young people face with food during their treatment. We all discovered that bubblegum ice cream is a firm favourite on the unit!
