ULTRA TRAILBLAZERZ is Teenage Cancer Trust’s ultimate endurance challenge community — for runners, hikers, and adventurers who want to make a real difference.
As a Trailblazer, you’ll take on a timed ultra-distance event — from 50km to 100km or more — testing your stamina, speed, and determination on some of the UK’s most stunning trails.
Whether you aim to beat the clock, achieve a personal best, or simply cross the finish line, every hour and every kilometre counts.
You’ll train, fundraise, and take on your challenge alongside a community of like-minded adventurers, all raising money to support young people with cancer. We’ll support you every step of the way with training plans, fundraising guidance, and exclusive Trailblazerz gear. Every step, every blister, and every finish line helps fund Teenage Cancer Trust’s specialist nurses, youth workers, and vital services for teenagers and young adults facing cancer.
